Other selling paths or professional connections, when offered, involve separate relationships.

Website content, including Seller's Lookout, selling-situation information and calculators, is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, mortgage, foreclosure-rescue, bankruptcy or individualized financial advice.

Calculator estimates

Calculator results use information you enter and editable planning assumptions. Actual market value, mortgage payoff, commissions, closing costs, taxes, insurance, utilities, repairs, timing and proceeds can differ materially.

Homes General may help connect users with independent or affiliated professionals or service providers when appropriate. Availability varies. Users remain responsible for deciding whether a provider is suitable and for reviewing any separate agreement with that provider.
