Don't Miss Your Homes General Email
Property reviews, offer information and transaction messages may come from different Homes General team members, but official email will use an address ending in @homesgeneral.com.
Allow the Homes General domain
If your email provider supports trusted domains, add homesgeneral.com to its Safe Senders or Allowed Senders list. This is more useful than saving only one individual address because the person helping with your property may change during the transaction.
Check filtered folders
If you are expecting a message, check Spam, Junk and Promotions. Mark a Homes General message as safe or “Not spam” so future messages are more likely to reach your inbox.
For security, confirm that the sender's email address actually ends in @homesgeneral.com. If a message asks you to change wiring or payment instructions, independently verify the request with the appropriate closing professional before sending funds.
